JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage daily billing functions of finance department such as invoicing to clients
- Create, maintain, update settlement and reconciliation procedures for assigned clients/merchants
- Complete assigned tasks in accordance with procedures and established deadlines
- Assist in the timely completion of special projects/tasks assigned to billing, settlement, and revenue operations
- Provide input and support for process improvement, operation efficiencies, and automation of department processes and implementation of new technologies
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned related to the position
QUALIFICATIONS
- With 1-2 years of work-related experience on settlement and reconciliation, billing, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
- Knowledgeable in Xero or any accounting software and Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in customer service or stakeholder management (financial services/ fintech industry) is a plus
